Admission to L.K.G., U.K.G., I & II
Normally admission is open only to L.K.G. class. Those seeking admission should
be 3.5 years of age on 1st April of the year of admission. Admission is open to
all students irrespective of religion, caste and community.
Application for Admission / Request form should be accompanied by authentic documents
containing the child's date of birth.
We accept only Corporation/ Municipality / Baptismal Certificate and Nursing Home
Certificate. Affidavit or Kundali will not be accepted. Date of birth once registered,
will not be altered.
Although Catholic Schools are meant primarily for Catholics, they may also admit
other children irrespective of caste and creed.
Admission Procedure
This is a co-education institution. Equal number of seats are allotted to boys and
girls. A vacancy created by the leaving of a girl student will be filled by a girl
student only. Admissions are denied mostly due to the limitation of space and vacancy
and not because of the limitation of the child. Recommendation and pressure tactics
of any kind disqualifies for admissions.
REQUEST FORMS
Students are admitted to the LKG classes on completion of 3.5 years as on 1st
April. Request Forms remain available for 3 days. The forms should be obtained from
the school office only. No photocopy of the forms will be accepted. No exchange
of forms is permitted.
The duly filled forms should be obtaining the forms, with the following documents.
1. The latest photographs of parents with the child.
2. An attested copy of the date of birth certificates from (i) the Corporation/Municipality
and (ii) the certificate from the hospital issued at the time of birth.
Neither Affidavit nor Kundli on date of birth is acceptable. Change of date of birth
will be not be entertained later.
Selection to LKG
Introduction and Identification The identification date time are intimated at the
time of submitting the duly filled forms. During the identification no academic
tests are held. Introduction is held for the identification of candidates and guardians
and more for security reasons than any thing else.
Date of Birth
The date of birth of a student once claimed and entered in the records, will not
be changed subsequently.M
